Forgot to upload my weight yesterday morning - gained 1 kg due to excess eating and drinking this past weekend. Celebrated my dad's 60th birthday, parents anniversary,childhood friend's baby shower and Mothers Day. Going to put my all into the next 2 weeks - would like to be 96kg by end of the month.I plan to eat 1200-1500 calories a day,drink 2 litres of water and do at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday(tried out Shaun T's CIZE dvd yesterday). Hope everyone has a wonderful and productive week:-)

Try adding 2 or 3 alternate days of 500/600 calories. That will help alot to switch your body into burning fat for energy:)
