Didn't eat much today. Was out shopping for way too long. Was dumb and went on an empty stomach. Didn't get much other exercise in. And I'm sick. Yay. Will make up for it tomorrow. Maybe with Cardio Abs. Need to drink more water. Didn't have enough of that either.
