A half pound loss. I'll take it! This is going so slow. I had a great work out last night. When the timer on my treadmill got to 30 minutes I didn't feel like stopping - I just kept going at 3.2-3.4mph!! It felt great. I expected at least 1 or 2 lbs, but I'm not giving up. I have many goals and losing this weight is number 1 on the list. Have a great day everybody!
