Well here iam agian, back on here getting motivation and support from all of you, thank you~!! this mornings been pretty busy, but ive mangaed to stay on track, and now iam juts taking a second to check in and have some frozen grapes!! yumm, I have to say!!
yesterdays meal plan went like this :
some dried fruit in the am, then some oatmeal and plain yougurt.
I hade some brown rice with a tomatoe sauce for lunch
had a smoothie with the kids in the afternoon and supper was roasted veggies (YUM!) over top of rice and mushrooms, was another hit with the fam. and then later on for a snack hubby and I shared a smoothie.... so, all in all a great day for us. :)
I did, my taebo, and today I plan on getting another taebo session in with billy here in a few minuets, so you can bet ill be back for an update later on.

honey, I swear I can’t understand why you’re on this site asking for motivation and support, please, let’s be true, you have so much high spirit (based on the wonderful results that you have, I can understand). ….back to high spirit, YOU ARE HERE TO GIVE! you are here to spite us, to motivate us, to show us that it can be done, and i don't know how you do it but you make it sound sooooooooo easy. thanks
