Where have I been? Let's see..NO WHERE. I cleaned various parts of the house and that took all weekend. I decided not to turn on the computer Saturday or Sunday because I end up on Facebook or surfing the web, eBay,, whatever, instead of anything physical and before I know it - it's drawing close to midnight! I did well with eating and I worked out on Sunday, so I don't feel TOO BAD about the Three Musketeers bar I ate. Well, OK. I do have some guilt, but it's the first real chocolate I've touched since January 1. I'm moving on now. Just writing this journal makes me believe that success is at hand. I can't wait to get home and work out and watch Biggest Loser afterward. Those folks are great inspiration for me.
