Afraid,, "again" to weigh myself tomorrow. So I probably won't. I had a pink lemonade suck last night and bean dip. Had some bean dip for lunch today and had some Ritz crackers with supper. I have eaters remorse. I also am having problems with taking in too much sodium. I mean over 4000mg today!!?? I just don't know what to do about that. I've been drinking tons of water to hopefully flush it out plus worked out for over an hour this morning. have to try better tomorrow.
