Just back from holiday with friends and I hated all the photos of myself, photos of my friends are slim and healthy - been false starting a diet on and off for the last 2 years. Today marks the day of a detox to 'hit it hard' and get started. I find by doing a detox it helps me lose weight quickly and gives me the motivation I need to continue. Here's hoping!
82.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I understand your pain and know few friends who have had great results from detox but always remember the quicker it comes off the quicker it can go back on. slow and steady do it at a healthy level for you. good luck and keep us updated
