You know how excited I am to almost be hitting the 10 lbs mark. I have dropped down to 150 many times but getting past it was difficult. I am so excited and the energy I feel has increased, it's CRAZY. I find myself running on the elliptical. I missed my Sunday workout, SUPERBOWL, so I'm planning to either go tonight or tomorrow night. My friends even said my waist looks slimmer. I may just do some P90X at home instead.
I found out about Almond milk yesterday and I saw it has 1-2 carbs. I think thats fabulous. I purchased unsweetened and I'm not sure, it may be an acquired taste. It's like liquid almond. I bet with ceral it must be amazing.
