I am excited today to start my first challenge, been hard this week with lots of company, cooking and good food,and even a church social. also starting on two extracts , I read about in my latest womans world magazine I am anxious to see how they work.Artichoke extract(200mg) and white kidney bean (100mg)could not get the right mg so I am having to open the caps to adjust, Hope this will be worth the 30.00 they cost me .Also joined a group, I am excited about that. also down 3 lbs !!!woohoo!!!!!
