I want to get back to my happy weight. I really gave up this past year and gained so much weight. I've been doing great the last few weeks. I was 172 just a few weeks ago, now 166.5 so I am very pleased. I own an eliptical and right now do 30 to 40 mins on it about 5 times a week. Or sometimes I like to do the metabolism booster workout with Jillian Michaels on demand. It's so hard to do !!I want to get back to my 60 mins on elliptical and skinny clothes by May 1st.
