I know I haven't been coming back like I should. My weight is steady which sucks but I haven't been trying hard enough to stay away from sugar. When I go to Starbucks I never have it sweetened. However I have recently ate Cinnabuns and drank a can of coke today.
Thank GOD Halloween is over. Next year I am not going to buy any candy. Christmas candy is coming up. I want to make candy canes - ooh I love pepermint and drop them in white chocalate!!
ooh it's impossible.
I need help - does anyone have any suggestions... lay them on me!
