Small creep up, but I'm not gonna stress it. Just need to be more diligent about what I'm putting into my body.

I went out for dinner with some friends Friday and had some bread--I felt so so ill afterwards. My stomach grew right before my eyes! I was so bloated, it looked like I was 9 months pregnant (my stomach is usually pretty flat when I'm off wheat)--it was disgusting. I slept in the next day and actually felt hung over the next morning. Lesson learned--never doing that again!

I've also had rice the past two days. I don't get the scary freak-show belly swell from rice, but I really think my body just does not respond well to grains. Maybe there's something to that Paleo Diet afterall?
