Good evening world. Got sick towards end of week no voice and scratchy throat . I stuck to my diet but did not exercise one day because I came home and went straight to bed. Felt better this morning, worked outside all morning washed 3 loads of clothes . made breakfast and a crockpot chili for tomorrow. Rode my motorcycle this afternoon and walked 3 miles on the threadmill at 3 mph.
