It's nice to see a loss this morning. However, it wasn't expected. This week I just haven't felt right. Early in the week I was cold all the time, which is seriously abnormal for me. Then the past two days I've felt tired and achy all over. I know I don't have the flu or an infection and that it's probably just my hormones doing crazy things, but it is a bummer. I haven't exercised for 2 days and am not likely to get any exercising in today.

Nevertheless, I'm certainly not giving up and I am confident this will be short lived. I did some resarch online this morning and found that through the Women's Hospital and Wellness Center here I can get my metabolic rate tested and nutritional counseling through a dietician for $150 for the first visit. Then they recommend a follow-up test every 12 weeks for $75. I can certainly afford that. Once this sluggish ickyness passes I will make an appointment.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
