WOHOOOO!! Lost another lb. I will stop with the Atkins shakes now and see if that helps with losing more lbs per week. Gym time after work!.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
