Eating when I am hungry but eating fruits and vegetables instead of pizza and candy. Not as much fun but seems to be working and it makes the cravings easier to get through. The challenge is making sure that I have healthy options available at all times. Eating a lot of grapefruit. Not because I think it has any special "weight loss" properties but they are bigger than an orange and seem to fill me up. :)
