Yesterday, did not exercise. Just kicked back most of the day watching videos with my daughter. We've made chocolate covered strawberries. Boy were they gooooood! I know I wasn't suppose to have them. Not sure how bad it cost me. I had two of them. I weigh in tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.
