I am SOOO HAPPY!!! I mentioned that I was not losing lbs, and I found out it was the Atkins bars stunting my progress. But reading around your journal entries and advise many of you advised not to let that bother me and to take your measurements. I did have a chance to do this before I started Atkins. I measured myself yesterday and I lost 5 Inches off my wasit. I'm not all slim and nice as I'd like to be, YET, but it's great motivation to know that I am well on my way to how I want to look.
