Well, I've officially been on the low calorie lifestyle change for almost a month. I weigh in every thursday and has of last thursday I've lost a total of 8 lbs. I do feel better but I still have 25 more lbs to go until I get to my goal weight. I have three weddings this summer including my own. I'm totally motivated to finally do something about this weight. Keep up the good work everyone. It will eventually pay off.
