Okay this is the final and LAST start over. I joined WW-online over the weekend, purchased a new workout outfit and shoes. I am so heavy right now I feel it in my ankle and both knees. I am not sure how much my body can take but I don’t plan to find out. I am giving myself 8 months to get to my goal weight. I have been thinking about the times I was pregnant. It took 8-9 months (x3) to put on the baby weight, so I am going to give myself the same amount of time to take weight off. Let’s see how it works. Last year I got down to 165lbs (I found out I had hyperthyroidism-so it was easy to lose weight). I was 145 after high school MANY years ago so I would like to set a dream goal of 145. My realistic goal is 155 but I am going to aim for that 1-4-5 !!!!!! Let’s the games begin!
