"CONGRATULATIONS" on your commitment to quit smoking. You can do it. The changes in your health will give you an abundance of encouragement.
I quit on September 4th. 2006. It was the best thing I had done for my health to date! The first few weeks were the hardest. And yes, I did put on the "I quit smoking weight", so don't get discouraged when you see the scale change, as it will. But remember....what goes up...must go down!!! Your organs had to adapt to adding nicotine, now they have to re-adapt. I look & feel so much better, words could not begin to describe!!!!!
