Nothing gained. Nothing lost.

Not great for a diet, but better than gaining.

Followed the diet pretty well this week. Upped my workouts in time and intensity as well as add a few foods from the Phase 3 list (had a cookie, had some wheat pasta). I have hit my first plateau which really isn't that existing but at least I can say something is happening.

Coming up on my birthday weekend so not expecting a great week, but hopefully with a lot of working out and being good all the other days I can break through and lose a pound or so.

I know, I know... this is a marathon, not a sprint but a week of nothing happening is tough to take.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My birthday weekend was the start of my undoing, I am such a sucker for cake! As long as you enjoy in moderation and jump back on the wagon, you should be great! I should have taken my own advice:)

You are doing awesome...the plateau is the hardest thing to take, but if you set your mind to it you can surpass it! Hang in there, if you are doing what you are suppose to it will start coming off again!

Just stick to it, you are doing fine I agree plateaus are hard to take. On different diets I would get stuck at 171 and gain it back try something else and get stuck at the same number. Fat Smash helped me get past that point. I am sure one will happen again further down the road but this time I know not to give up but press through it by doing Phase I for a couple of days and doing two-a-day workouts like the book suggests. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
