Tennis Mama's Journal, 05 Feb 10

I am proud of my progress yesterday. I reduced my overall caloric intake, balance out the carb, proteins and fat. And ate more vegetables, but did not get to the orange though. I also was able to squeeze in some exercise time 1 hour, despite a busy schedule.

Today, I will again work on balancing out the three areas and drinking 48 oz of water and getting in some vegetables and fruits. I can't wait to see some results. I really am putting in the effort.
