So I have not touched an Atkins bar in 2 days and I started to drop weight. I was averaging 1 lb every 2 days. Let's see how this continues.

I've heard they cause alot of people to gain or stall. I know they do me, but other things with sugar alcohols don't. Go figure! :) Anyway, congrats on your loss!
