Just over 3 pounds gain. Not bad cpnsidering 10 days of vacation! I've gained that much in a weekend. I'm excited to get back to my normal working out and eating healthy!
57.0 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
