1. So I took the day off yesterday and had myself a cheat day. I had a good Easter and spent some great time with my family. We had a nice crawfish boil and even dyed some eggs just cause. We can neither confirm or deny that alcohol and desert items were consumed. However, I really enjoyed me day off. :-)
2. My weight went up some today...of coarse...lol.
3. I'm still out of test strips for my Blood glucose meter. So, no results to record here.
4. Blood pressure was 143/96 @ 90 bpm today.
5. Ketosis reading was at a 38 today. This means, I am out of ketosis for now. No surprise after yesterday.
6. I put a couple of picks of the spread...
