Did good on points today. Ate kind of dumb, though. Big lunch and then popcorn for dinner. I'm looking forward to weighing in on Monday, I hope I have a nice drop. I feel a lot more in control when I'm watching what I eat and I know I'll love the results. Just dropping 6-8 pounds before my trip to the Holy Land will be a big deal.
