today after the alarming weight on the scale i played around with some of the fitness dvd i ve had for a while but havent used. the first was pilate 10 min workout i did all 5 next the brazil butt lift sculpt which was aiight. next the turbo jam workout. i really find that most dvd move way too fast for me.
