I have a question for anyone on the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise...
I have done this diet for a little over a week now, and though the scale is going down about 9lbs at this point. I am not seeing much difference in my waist yet. I think I need to eat more complex carbs filled with fiber. Because for the past 2 days I haven't lost any more weight. Its actually been at a stand still. Does anyone have ideas on good complex carbs for meals and/or snacks. I need to get 25-30 grams of fiber like he suggest. But everything I buy at the grocery store doesn't have that much fiber. What is everyone else eating?

Fruits and veggies have tons of fiber. As does barley (which is super yummy), and bran cereal.

I can only have a couple fruits on my diet plan, and pretty much any veggies. How do you use Barley? I have never had it...do you just add it to a recipe or something...sorry if I sound totally stupid by asking haha! :( :)
