Ok, so I'm officially 24 hours from starting the Atkins diet. I'd really like to do 1 day of fasting to help cleanse, but it's going to be tough. Today I'll be ridding my cupboards and freezer from all junk food and restock with a variety of nutritious and healthy ones. I'm looking forward to trying some of these great recipes. Please lord give me strength. I need to find "me" again! P.S. anyone need a diet/exercise buddy? Let's do this together!
