This is the most I have weighed that didn't involve having a baby! I feel too big and I feel flabby. I want to be trim and feel healthy again. I am making a fresh start so I can see my progress clearly.
I started tracking my food again two days ago. When I was paying attention, I felt myself actually get hungry before I ate. Considering that I haven't felt really hungry for a long time, I know I have been eating way too much.
I have been pretty good about exercising most days for the past month or so. I need to keep that up and intensify it when possible. I feel better when I get moving, not only physically, but also mentally.
