Today 28th of January I'm starting DUKAN ATTACK PHASE.
I want to lose weight to be able to wear clothes that I like. I want to lose weight to be able to go out with boys and feel confortable with my body and who I am. I want to lose weight to have more energy. I want to lose weight to be more healthy. I want to lose weight to stop this nonsense of having no plans on a Friday night. I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT before I travel to New York City, my first big trip abroad by myself.
