Day 8 of detox, CANNOT wait to get some meat!!! Ive been doing pretty good, though i did have 2 cheetos yesterday, but im not beating myself up about it. I just have a question about working out with my heart in the fat burning zone. I had mostly ignored this until yesterday and just worked out as hard as i could. But yesterday i decided to follow the rules and tried to keep my heart rate around 140. That was almost impossible, the lowest i could get it was the mid 150's, even then i felt like i was doing close to nothing. Does anyone else have this problem ?
