I feel so much better off Atkins. I'm still eating basically the same (lots of protein and lots of veg), but added Greek yogurt, nuts, 1 serving of fruit, and 1-2 servings of grains per day. Tummy problems gone! Now to see if this plan works for me. I feel off the wagon of logging everything. That often leads to failure because I'm not keeping a close tab on everything. I'll do better! Today's meals already planned out and logged. We're going to see a musical at my daughter's high school tonight (Jekyll and Hyde!), so we plan to have Subway on the way. I've already planned what I'm ordering - a roasted chicken salad with ranch, cheese, olives, and a bag of baked Lays.
This weekend I'm getting my first tattoo - a little nervous, but excited! I am getting a dragonfly done on my foot in memory of my sister Greta who passed away in December. She loved dragonflies, and one of her tats was one. My niece drew me a picture of her tattoo, so mine will be based on hers.
I haven't stepped on the scale in a few days...maybe tomorrow morning I'll officially check in.
