Holding steady today, but still feeling good about most of my choices. I could do with a little less impulse candy eating. I think my period is coming up cause i m craving sugar like a madwoman. Last night's pudding cup was the BEST PUDDING CUP EVER! So i know something is a little wacky with me :-D. Still gotta make a plan for the week with the girls.
108.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
