So in addition to doing P90X, I've been looking for little ways to get my heart rate up during the day, since I am at a desk the majority of my day (unless I'm at a client's house sitting on their couch). So I work on the 1st floor of a 2 floor building, everytime I have to go up the stairs, I've decided I'm going to run up them instead of walk. It might just be a little change but it's a change and I have to get comfortable with change if I am going to succeed at losing any weight :)
