It's official...thyroid test result was normal so I am just 50, no now 43 lbs overweight from overeating! I knew deep down but the doctor wanted to make sure. It took a doctor saying 'Why such an increase in weight?' for me to truly face up to what I needed to do. So glad I'm here and I really do love watching my intake and exercise and seeing the results!
