What a week, can't wait for it to be over. Just a crazy busy week, but still getting my workouts all in had to go before and after work to get my cardio in but it felt good. hoping for a BIG number on the scale this week. Somedays all I feel like I do is work, and then go to the gym and workout there for hours. But there is and END in site, leaving for vacation in 8 weeks, I started running again this week, felt good signed up for a 5k so got 6 weeks to train for it, my goal is to do it in less than 32 mins maybe 30. Meeting with my personal trainer tomorrow, yipee he makes me work hard. Ate out too much last week, but I guess its ok to indulge once in a while:-)
