I feel mean because I have no junk food or soda in the house and I'm not worried about buying any. The husband and 3 kids are not liking my diet. Every time the husband gets a glass of water I can feel his looks eating a hole in the back of my head. The kids don't know what to do after school since the chips are gone. They are making grilled cheese sandwiches. Um, water never killed anyone and there is microwave popcorn, yogurt, carrots, apples, cheese nip 100 calorie packs and other things to eat. Seriously, the husband can go through a 2 liter a day and the kids can sit and eat an entire bag in 2 days. I need to get over it because I'm not buying the crap like i used to.

Good for you! Nothing wrong with teaching the kids how to eat healthy. I ve been slowly cutting out junk each shopping trip and buying healthier options.

Check out Honeyville foods. The dehydrated bananas are really good, sweet, and a much better alternative to cookies. http://honeyvillegrain.com/
