2 more pounds!! It took me 9 days to do it but it's 2 more closer to my goal. It took 10 years to get this way so I have to be patient and realistic in taking it off. I'm a little nervous about the holidays. I usually use them as an excuse to eat whatever I want. I know I could easily put myself back to square one if I'm not careful. One day at a time, everyday is a new day.
