Fechando jejum de 24 horas corri na esteira 25 min. Treino HIIT alternando 1 min a 7,5 km/h e 1,5 min a 12 km/h. Fechei 4 km e não acontece nada treinar em jejum. Vamos ver o peso o que acontece.
