Well, I think I'm going back to low carb, I seem to be at a stand still...
Breakfast: 2 eggs with no fat cheese
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion wrap from Arby's no cheese, no dressing (very good I don't mind dry sandwiches and wraps so I thought it was very tasty.
Snack: 2 dark chocolate covered cranberries
Dinner: Spinach salad with lean smoked ham, 1/4 cup pinto beans, no fat cheese, oil and vinegar dressing with a dash of cajun seasoning.
2 glasses of Lambrusko wine (also very delicious)
