My niece is selling Arbonne products and gave me their powdered protein shake and fiber booster to try. The recommended 2 scoops of powder for the drink has 9 grams of sugar. So I just used a 1/4 of a scoop. I plan to try this for a week and am mixing it with the fiber booster and unsweetened milk substitute. So we'll see what impact it has when I weigh in next Tuesday.
Looking at my weight today I couldn't help think, that I'm still 20 pounds more than I was 15 years ago when I wanted to lose 20 pounds. I haven't been below 160 for the last 6 years. Can't wait to say goodbye to the 170's forever...
