I'm down 1.2 from last week. Not too impressive, but at least it is in the right direction. TOM is almost here and I expect that is causing for some extra water retention. I felt a bit depressed last week and did not keep my focus as well as I could have. So, I'm going to ramp things up this week. I'm going to increase my exercise this week. I started off this morning with a 5 am kettle bell class and followed that with 45 min on the elliptical. If there isn't a storm tonight, I'm also going to shoot for a quick three mile run.

1.2 is awesome! if you held it in your hand you'd be happy to know it was no longer on your body. Sometimes visualization is a great way to stay on track😉

Thanks, Draglist. And, you're right, Dandie. It's better to be giving up that 1.2 than holding onto it.
