So glad I am heading back in the right direction...I should be seeing as I burned over 4000 cal this week exercising for over 6 hours total. I'm not exhausted, or very sore even, like I thought I would be, so I will keep it up. My diet hasn't been perfect, so I know I could lose more, but those hunger pangs get me on the long nights I work until after midnight, and I end up eating more. I find it really hard to go to bed on a growling stomach. :)
