One day of juice down and I feel good, better than expected after just one day. All the liquid has stopped running out of my face (sorry to be gross, but this was a really nasty cold). Easily-digestible vitamins FTW!
I might actually be up for the gym tomorrow morning, depending on how I feel when I wake up. Just 30 minutes on the elliptical--nothing crazy. And I definitely won't go if my face explodes again, like it has the past two days.
I'm doing BPC this time--3 days of Foundation followed by 3 days of Excavation. Never done it for this long before and with so much green juice--should be interesting!
Day 1 Summary: 1. Green Juice - as yummy as I remembered... like a refreshing liquid salad. 2. Pineapple Apple Mint - not as cloyingly sweet as I remembered; actually quite enjoyable, although the acid started to bother my mouth towards the end of it. 3. Green Juice - still yummy. 4. Spicy Lemonade - also not as sweet as a remembered, also not as spicy... maybe my cold has dulled my taste buds? 5. Green Juice - still yummy; not sick of it even for the third time in one day. 6. Cashew Milk - yummy and creamy, but not as good as Catalyst's; it tasted more watery and less sweet--supports dead taste bud theory.
