I am still chugging along..seems so slow. My metabolism just is not what it used to be. I am feeling sluggish and tired. Does anyone take any vitamins or supplements that don't cause a increase in hunger but does help with energy? Suggestions or tips please!

it's just that time of year, I guess. I'm not into taking pills, they don't go down well. I have done alot of reading about that though, and the best reference guide that I've found for an unbiased opinion, is the Consumer Reports guide, believe it or not!

When I'm tired, drinking extra water seems to help. I don't take vitamins anymore, but maybe just a multi-vitamin would be helpful to you?
In your line of work, ( I read your profile ), I'm not shocked you feel tired and sluggish. Both my parents were hospice patients within the past couple of years, so I've seen how much you put in to your job. Take a vacation...rest...be good to yourself. You deserve it!
