Wow, I just looked up the number of points in a medium Heath Blizzard - one of my favorite treats - it is a whopping 22 points! Over 900 calories. This information will make it easier to stay away from Dairy Queen.

YEAH, THEY'RE BAD. TRY GETTING FROZEN YOGURT AND SPRINKLE A LITTLE HEATH ON TOP IF YOU REALLY NEED THAT TASTE. IT WILL CUT DOWN THE POINTS CONSIDERABLY.

It's easy to turn a cold shoulder to a Blizzard this time of year, as we deal with a blizzard every other week.....but in the summer, they will still tempt me. Must remember that is 22 points!!
