This is so exciting,3 pounds already,and its so easy, the food is great, at times I have trouble eating eveything. my fried that is doing it too,lost,I feel so good too.

Yes, this is a good plan. Enjoy the times when you lose and perservere during the times that you don't and you'll be at your goal weight before you know it!

welcome! the first 3 days re the hardest- so in a way- you made it! stay the course and DO NOT CHEAT-even a little, or your losses will be stopped (trust me- i cheated, stalled, & had to start over- ugh!) so just stay with it and enjoy the ride down! You will feel super healthy also.
