Made some Ketogenic diet pizza...was real tasty!
- Crust is made of 2 cups riced and dried cauliflower, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, and one Scrambled egg. Mixed it all together, pressed it out into a crust shape and prebaked it at 450 degrees for 8 minutes on my pizza stone.
- Once I let the crust cool just a bit, I hit it with a little tomato sauce and loaded it up with all my favorite keto ingredients like pepperoni, sausage, bacon, onion, mozzarella and aged white cheddar cheese.
- Then it was back on the pizza stone for 12 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees till nice and bubbly.
